WOW. In the previous four-month period (November, December, January, February) Hewlett Collision was consistently ranked among the top-five partner collision repair shops with Farmers Insurance (out of 487 partner shops in the entire state of Texas). 

Per the (CCC) Certified Collateral Corporation analytic scale emailed to us each month, Hewlett Collision also received an evaluation scorecard of 898 out of a possible 900. This scorecard evaluates data in the following categories: quality of work, cycle time, estimate accuracy and customer satisfaction. These categories are just as important to our clients as the insurance companies we deal with on a daily basis. We are very proud to be at the top of the satisfaction list.
