Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick Raises

$15,000 for Hurricane Harvey Relief

Save an Extra $1,000 in Addition to Existing Rebates Now Through 9/30/17.

Although the impact of one of the most historical disasters in our neighboring cities has spread throughout the country, the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey rests heaviest in the hearts of Texans.

Only a few days after Hurricane Harvey struck Houston, Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick raised $15,000 to help support displaced dealership employees and their families by hosting a friendly fish fry luncheon.

“[This] speaks volumes about the heart and culture of our dealerships that we all step up to help others at a time like this,” said DHCB COO David Hewlett.

Through the end of the month, Don Hewlett Chevrolet is giving customers in affected counties an extra $1,000 discount in addition to all current rebates.

Additionally, the dealership has established the Texans Helping Texans program in which $100 from the sale of each new vehicle in the month of September will be donated to Hurricane Harvey relief with the goal being to raise $50,000.

Now that's Texans helping Texans and that's Texas True.
