20+ Years of Service

    You can often gauge a company’s success by the longevity and loyalty of their customers and employees. Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick's service department is a perfect example of success. Seven employees have over twenty years of employment at the dealership.  All of them starting their careers at the old Don Hewlett store in downtown Georgetown.

     Cedric, Gary, James, Luis, Paul, Rob and Roy,  have over twenty years of building relationships and servicing vehicles that are often passed down from generation to generation. Gary Schneider, has enjoyed the family atmosphere at Hewlett. He said, "A lot has changed in the twenty-four years I've worked here. It's an amazing experience to watch the dealership grow and see familiar faces throughout the years."

     Paul Conrad has served twenty-six years with the organization and is grateful for the experience and the work community.  His favorite part of the job is providing service to our incredible customers, and their families.

     Luis Rodriguez reflected on his time at the dealership and said, "The Hewlett's are great people to work for. They provide a work environment that feels like family."  All of these men have perfected their crafts and have become important parts of the Hewlett organization forming lifelong relationships with customers through their experience and knowledge. These incredibly hardworking employees set the standard and serve as mentors for future employees.

     Mike Hewlett, who works alongside these men each day, said that he was extremely proud to have such seasoned employees represent the family brand.   The contributions that they have made to the organization are appreciated.  So, the next time you are servicing your vehicle at Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick, remember, your vehicle is in good hands.  Our dedicated employees look forward to serving you and generations to come.
